Dear Experts
I would like to know if Pie Chart can do custom sorting. Please take a look at my chart below.
I want to show the profit for my top 10 client.
But as you can see it is skipping my #5,6,8,9.
I actually do not see that, no idea what 5, 6, 8, 9 are. Are you referring to the display of labels? You can use a Top N filter in the Filter pane. To the best of my knowledge Pie Charts cannot be sorted??
Not sure what do mean by custom sort when you only want top 10. You can drag a measure to a visual filter and select the top 10.
If you want on the category(categorical variable) you can define a sort column and mark that as sort column.
As shown in the photo I attached, the pie chart doesnt show the label for top 10 name + selling.
What I want is for the pie chart to show all the labeling for the top 10 customers.
Thank you for your kind reply.
Yes I am referring to the display of label. I want to know if it is possible to let it show the top 10 client.
I've set the font to smallest but it still does not show the label for the 1st 10 clients.
Is there a way to manually do it?
Sorry if there is any misunderstanding in my question.
Refer, different ways you can adjust : https://www.tutorialgateway.org/format-power-bi-pie-chart/
Well I guess there is no way to do it since the tutorial did not mention anything about this.
Thanks!
