Custom partition incremental Refresh

Hello
I have a fact table with a date column. I want to import data for last 2 years, then access the older data (more than two years) on direct query.
About the refresh, I need to do two refreshs per day, the first one at 11 am to refresh the last 2 days and the second one at 9 pm to refresh the last 14 months.

Is this refresh configuration possible on powerBI premium ?
How can I add a direct query partition for the historical data (more than 2 years) ?

@amitchandak thank you for your reply.
I set up a refresh policy on my fact table and powerbi create automatically the partitions, but I want to add a direct query partition on the cold (historical) data and let powerbi manage partition windowing.
Do you know how can I achieve that ?

@Anonymous , You can not have two settings for incremental. But if you are a premium customer, after enabling XLMA endpoint you can manage this from SQL server management studio
