Custom format number result

Hey I format my messaure with dax to show + and - in some cases, so i just do it like that:

 FORMAT(diff,"+#,0.0;-#,0.0;0")
then from this - 5991687, Im able to see this - +5,991,687.0.
I want to show it in 2 diffrent ways:
the first: +5,99M
the second: +599k

What should i change in this "+#,0.0;-#,0.0;0" to get these results?
I expect that to add k or M I will simply have to combine the result of the formula with this text and create 2 separate measures

Column = FORMAT('Table'[value], "+#,K")

Column2= FORMAT('Table'[value], "+#,,.00M")

If I have misunderstood your meaning, please provide more details with your desired output and pbix file without privacy information.
