Custom Visuals Import issues

When I try to import custom visuals from the store directly from Power BI desktop, I get a pop-up screen with 'Custom Visuals' in the title, but the rest is blank.

Hey,

I encounter the same problem, but only on empty unsaved - meaning new, Power Bi Desktop files. Until now, this has always sloved my issue:

  • Saving the Power BI file
  • close and reopen

From now the problem never occured again in this pbix

Hope the same will work for you

Regards

Tom

Thanks, I tried that but still getting the same blank pop-up.  I can't import from file either.  It says it is sucessful when I import, but it never appears in the visualization pane.

@sabate101,

I can not reproduce the issue. Try to download the latest version of Power BI Desktop.
