Custom Tooltip Error on a line chart

I have a line chart. Year is on the x-axis. A measure calculation value is on the y-axis. Items (categorical values) is the legend and there is a slicer that shows TopN Items on the chart.  I have the custom tooltip page that shows the year, Items & Interactions. I copied the slicer from the Item page to the tooltip page and ensure it is synced. Now when I go back to the Item page and hover on each datapoint representing each year, I noticed that, for a specific year, some Items were skipped even though the line chart shows that they are there. If I go back to the tooltip page, everything looks correct. But for some reasons, the tooltip is not showing the correct number of Items for each year.

@AdenikeElemo , Make sure on the tooltip page, that "keep all filters" is on. And that is not on make sure year is there in below list

Also, I have seen a few issues on the tooltip. So if this does not help, log an issue - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

Thanks! I did all you mentioned above but I got the problem resolved. The line chart had a topN slicer and there was a measure on the filter panel of the line chart that enables the topN filter to work as expected. What I did wrong was to add this measure to the custom tooltip table visualization which equally filters the data before getting it displayed at the line chart page. I just had to remove the measure from the filter panel of the tooltip page. Thanks again!
