Hello,
I created a custom sort order for times of the day: from 12 AM - 11PM.
The sort order appears correct in my table view, but when I try to visualize on a matrix chart, the sequence is out of order. I already selected the hour column and sorted by the custom sort column I created. The order should be from 12AM - 11PM.
I'm not sure what the issue might be. Any idea on what I could be missing?
Thank you,
first select the column [Hour] , then sort it by the column [Hour Sort], then refresh the matrix.

I tried that already, but the hour is still out of order in the matrix
