Custom Shape Map do not display data points

I have more than 500 shape map visuals with different custom maps. When I do the mapping to my shape map visuals, from the first row until ten thousand row it is fine. The problem appears when I do the mapping for data in row 10500. Only half of my shape map is color while the rest is gray. Even though I have the data.

Like with all visuals there are limits on the number of data points before forced grouping comes into effect. Use fewer data points.
