Hello community, I am having problems when using Custom Data Labels in Power BI visuals. It's only possible to turn on/off the Custom Data Labels function, but I can't bring the DAX formula into the field, as you can see in the image below.
I've already uninstalled and installed Power BI Desktop a couple of times, and I've tried using both 64-bit and 32-bit versions, but nothing seems to work. Is there any solution for this problem? Thanks in advance!
I have the same problem, although I have only one series in this visual.
I am using PowerBI in French: maybe is there a bug when using a non-english version?
You must have more than one series in your data, and you must explicitly select the series.
Once you have assigned the field for the custom label you can actually remove the other series again. I would call this behavior buggy.
