I find a workaround.

Create a measure

Measure = IF(ISBLANK(DISTINCTCOUNT('calendar'[Date])),BLANK(),MAX('calendar'[month name]))

Add it in the value field of the matrix, add "month name" from "calendar table" to the matrix.

As tested, it seems impossible.

When selecting 2005/1/1~2006/8/29, i can only get all selected years and selected months.

When filtering on "fulldatekey" in the slicer, you want to get a column/measure "Time selection", right?
