Custom Column Error

Hi

I am using the Call Quality Dashboard direct query connector and I have added a custom column to the dataset which is a very simple DAX formula as follows:

SLA Indicator = if (Query1[Overall Avg Network MOS]="hello","Green","Red")

When I attemp to add this SLA Indicator to a table visual I get the following error:

Error Message:
OLE DB or ODBC error: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values.
Parameter name: index.

Any ideas on this one please?

The Direct Query mode has some limitations, you can refer this documents.

Maybe you can create a measure like this,

If it doesn’t meet your requirement, could you please provide a mockup sample based on fake data?

It will be helpful if you can show us the exact expected result based on the tables.

Thanks for your response.  Sorry how do you mean is there anything I added to the visual? I am just using a table visual with the Overal Average Network MOS value column and the SLA Indicator custom column but it just throws that error all the time.

If I remove SLA Indicator I see the values in the table.
