One expression you could try would be-
Measure = CALCULATE(SUM([ValuesColumn]), FILTER(CalendarTable, [YearColumn] >= YEAR(NOW()) - 7))

Measure = CALCULATE(SUM([ValuesColumn]), FILTER(CalendarTable, [YearColumn] >= YEAR(NOW()) - 7))
