Currency columns show up in different format in Excel than currency measures

Hi all,

I've built a power BI model in Power BI desktop and published it to the service. Now I am connecting to it to build a pivot table in Excel 365. However when I load number or currency columns they show up with commas as thousand separator. While when I load measures they show up correctly with . as thousand separator. How can I get the column to show up with .  as thousand separator also?

Below an example of what I am talking about.

EDIT: Forgot to add that the values of column do show up properly in Power BI:

Thanks.

Kind Regards,

Stephan

Hi @littlemojopuppy

Thank you for your reply.

Format looks to be set up correctly, I also have the differences on multiple systems.

Check the local format on the machine Excel is on.
