Cummulative Measure

Hello Community,

I have a measure is Dummy . I tried to cummulate this measure with this Function

Dummy 2 =

CALCULATE(

    ([Dummy 2]),

    DATESYTD('Date'[Date],"3/31"))

3/31 is a Fiscal Year End Date i use
Attached a screenshot below

Now it will be cummulate but values are wrong...What can i do ?
Give me a Solution Experts
