Cummulated SUM from a single target value

Hi,

I´m struggeling a bit with a cumulated SUM .

I´ve cummulated Order confirmation in Pieces.

In that graph I´ve to add a Target line. 

The target table looks like this..

If I group and combine these two tables, I´ve the issue, that not on all days we have confirmations...

Further it needs to be drilled up and down based on the WorkCenterId. And alway for the actual month.

I´m completely screwed up and really looking for help.

No, the target is the goal for a single day.

The start and end dates are how long the target is valid.
