Cross-highlighting error message

Hi all

I have follwing Matrix visual : Category are columns and Subcategory, Product Name are Rows 

I want to exclude one  of the product from report view :

when I do that I recieve Cross-highlighting error message 😞 

What this means and is it possible to solve it ?
