Creating vertical line of current time in line chart

Dear Community,

 

I would like to place a vertical line indicated of current time on my line chart but I have no idea what could I do to make it work.

 

Here for example is my original report

 I would like to add a vertical line to the graph, suppose now is 11h42

I have no idea how to make it works. Would you mind guide me to solve this?
