Creating two sets of selector.

I need urgent help on the below:

requre two sets of selector. 

a) full list of countries

b) only selected countries.

when i create a visual, if someone selects the first option you will see the entire list of countries and its data,  but with the second you should only see the filtered list of coutries.  how can i do this?

you could achieve something similar with bookmarks and one slicer:

1st bookmark would filter all in the slicer
2nd bookmark would filter particular selection in the same slicer
