Creating a slicer that is based on a summarized table

Hello Everyone! Hope everyone is doing fine.

I have this generic column that displays on the same cell the name of the person + the location that he worked.

And I'm trying to create a slicer that works like a button. When I press this button, it will filter all my other visuals only showing the workers that made one job per location, like this:

When I press the button I would like all the other visuals to filter showing only the data rescrited to those names + location that are appearing in this new table.

I've only managed to get to this table above creating new tables with summarize statemants, like this:
First step: Summarizing and counting the names + location

Second step: Summarizing and counting only those = 1

Third step: Summarizing filtering the table before that are <> blank()

I Know that I'm pretty far away from my goal, if anyone could give me a path would be great.

This is my generic power bi attachment:

Thank you everyone!
