Creating a filled gradient map in PowerBI similar to Tableau

Hello,

 

I haven't used powerbi mapping capabilities that often. However, I would like to ask if it is possible to do a filled map in PowerBI based on a measure similar to Tableau? Thank you so much!

 

Similarly, is there a way I can add or upload a data map layer in PowerBI as background?

 

Appreciate any response. Thank you so much!
