Creating a custom Leader Board with different team sizes

Hi Everyone,

 

I have to create a leadboard accross campaigns which comprises of 11 Teams. All the teams are of different size, ranging from 3 to 11 members in a team. The number varies over time as some one could be sick/on leave etc.

For the purpose of scoring I have one point each awarded to each person based on their breaks, productivity, occupancy and call quality.

I need help in comparing one team of 11 to a team of 3, this will be applied accross all the campaigns.
