I am analysing the Un./SKU indicator by day but I want to filter the table results with some other columns from item_master and Pedidos to make different analyses, for example ITEM_MASTER[dept_name]. I don't want to get the disaggregated results by adding ITEM_MASTER[dept_name] to the table

How did you build relationship between ITEM_MASTER and Pedidos?
If you want to aggregate data on "ITEM_MASTER[dept_name]" level, you must have relationship between ITEM_MASTER and this calculated table, which means you should have common column ("ITEM_MASTER[dept_name]") in both tables.
