Creating a calculated column within a Matrix

I am looking to create an RFM report from a considerable amout of data, and join the data based off customer ID.  I have created a matrix grouping the data to give me order amounts, last order date, and total spend per customer and now I would like to create groupings based off this information. 

Is it possible to create groupings (asign 1,2,3) based off the values I know have from my matrix?

Not sure how you want to create groups. Would you please share sample data and show us your desired output with image?
