Creating a Map

I have two fields that I am trying to map. One shows the amount of time spent at each customer location and one shows the home city and state of all of our technicians. My goal is to show how much time is spent at each customer account on the same map as I show the location of each technician working for us. Thanks!

It's easy to drag the columns to a map. Can you share a dummy sample?
