Creating Static Visuals along with dynamic values

Hello 

I am looking to create a line and clustered column chart 

The Bar chart portion should be dynamic 

but the Line Chart portion should be static 

I was wondering if this is a possiblity

I'm not very clear about your requirement, could you describe in more details?

What kind of values do you drag into chart portion and Line Chart portion? 

What other option do you have? What result do you want to have?
