Creating Live Dashboard using Change detection

Hello All,

Greetings!

I'm trying to create a Live Dashboard that I'm going to get embedded on a website. The source of the data is SQL tables and I'm fetching the data into the dashboard using a Direct Query connection and SQL table function. Even though the number of rows is less than 1000 and 8 columns it is taking a lot of time to fetch the data into the dashboard whenever a slicer option is selected.

Can someone please guide me on how to make this work faster?

Thanks in advance

@Anonymous , If it slow and direct query, we need use performance analyze to find time taking query and try fix it. It can be, add numeric join column, Create an index etc

You can use SQL profiler if needed
