I'm newer to Power BI. I'm trying to create a simple Bar Chart that you would put together in Excel (See below Total) using Survey Audit Data. The Survey question asks What was Missing? The person submitting the audit has 8 options to choose from and can choose multiple. I have calculated the total for each response. Each of these responses are a seperate column in the same table. Because of this, my bar chart shows up very clumped together, and my Y-Axis shows the legend. (See below Missing PPE)
Any help on how to reformat my data or other productive options would be appreciated.
Hi,
The raw data will have to be transformed using the Query Editor. Share data here which can be pasted in an MS Excel file.
I need to build a simple bar chart using the table below. However, in Power BI, there is no relationship between the x-axis so the visual appears incorrect. This is a multi-select question so the columns cannot be merged in power query.
Hi,
In the Query Editor, right click on the first column and select "Unpivot other column". You may delete the attribute column. Now create the visual.
