Creating Arrow in Power BI

How can I create below arrow in PowerBI?

AwaisJavaid_0-1739131605872.png

Also I need to apply conditional formatting in this arrow e.g. for positive values this arrow must have blue color and for negative values this arrow must have red color.

I use this website to get the arrows and other symbols, click "C" on the image to copy and just paste in your measure

Site: List of Arrows Symbols - Unicode Explorer

Example:

UpArrow = "🡽"

Then you can create an additional measure decide the color based on your conditions like
CF_Color = if ([Mesure] >0 , "green" , "red" ) and use it in conditional Filed
