I've then used pivot to show these two new metrics in the same column, example:
Column C: Column
Cost per click £10
Cost per registration £9
Is it possible to create this as a table?

Lionel Chen

Use Matrix. In matrix properties. In format you have a option. Show on rows. Use that.
