Create row based data so table matrix can be created

I need to create a table that looks like the below but I can't because my data is structured differently

Output I want:

jnrezk_0-1645612308476.png

How my data is structured:

The 2 metrics listed are calculated measures for the actuals and for the targets they are all seperate metrics so my data doesn't know that Quote Start actual and Quote Start Target link up to make the table look like the above. I read about the power kpi visual and it says you have to have your data structured as row based? Is there a way to do this or an alternative to the power kpi visual?
Thanks!

Hi @jnrezk ,

According to your expected output, you may need a new table with a column of "Current" and "Previous".

But without some data sample, I could not clarify your scenario. So please provide me with more details about your table or share me with your pbix file after removing sensitive data.

@jnrezk , To me seems like measure to measure and dimension conversion

using a table like

union(
summarize('Table',"Measure","sales","This period",[SALES YTD],"Last period",[SALES LYTD],"POP",[SALES YOY])
summarize('Table',"Measure","unit","This period",[unit YTD],"Last period",[unit LYTD],"POP",[unit YOY])
)

union(
summarize('Table','Table'[country],"Revenue","sales","This period",[Revenue YTD],"Last period",[Revenue LYTD],"POP",[Revenue YOY])
summarize('Table','Table'[country],"Costs","unit","This period",[Costs YTD],"Last period",[Costs LYTD],"POP",[Costs YOY])
)

Not sure this is what im after
