Create new table and Run SELECTEDVALUE and SWITCH row-wise

Hello

I'm making a Power BI report that is reading 3 different excel files from sharepoint, these files are answers to Forms and I need to divide the three excel files in different categories and give scores to each answer and to each category. I create tables for each category and if I have one row the result is ok but if I get a second row in the dataset most of the scores won't appear in the tables that I created for each category. I will give an example.

And I do the same for Group 2, then I sum both "Group_total" from Table Group 1 and Table Group 2 to get the final score.

  • When I have more than one answer the table looks like this:

|Name |Date            |Question_1 |Question_2 |Group_total |

Anna    12-03-2021

 or like this

|Name |Date            |Question_1 |Question_2 |Group_total |

Anna    12-03-2021             0                            0

If I wasn't explicit enough or if you need a better example, just say and I'll try to make a better example.

Thanks in advance for your time and help

Hi, @MPMH

Here is the pbix you can refer. The result looks like this:

But I’m not sure whether it is what you need. I feel a little bit confused about this part:
