Create group error

Hi, Community
I'm trying to create new group from a source like the image bellow:

A group Manual from Description field.

For example I put this data on this Manual group, and create the group.

But for some reason this didnt work .. when I go to see the Description(groups) this data still without any group. 

Please, I'd like to understand what could be causing this problem..
Just for note, I'm using direct query on this report
