Create custom map with a layout

I have a layout for the site where i work (attached)

i want to use it to create as custom map to visualize the work permits on each departments

there will be a sharepoint list with departments name and each work permit on each day 

please support how to do this

thanks for you kind response, i want the visuals to be like the photo below

to represnt the types of permits on each location (the ideal is every type of permit will be visualized with differnt color) 

the data table will be simple table like this

I'm a little confused about your needs, Could you please explain them further? It would be good to provide a screenshot of the results you are expecting and desensitized example data.
