Create another 1 date column and remove hundred of date columns

HI Everyone , 

Can you help me on this , I have below tables , i'd like my File to run as 18 Jan , 27 jan , 30 jan in another new Column as date Column and show only the specific qty which has in each description in power BI , for others No Value , turn to 0 Value.  

Can anyone tell me how to do this ? I have hundreds of columns as date. 
and i wanna use below in Power BI which i can get further analyze
