Create a group/collapse in a spreadsheet

Good afternon everyone !

I have a visual with a bunch of information and  I was wondering if it was possible to create groups/collapse as on Excel (the "plan" function)

Here this is my exemple :

Here this is the Plan function in Excel (just in case I am not clear):

Obviously I know it's possible with the hierarchie function but here these are some values (instead of fields)

I just want to apply it on this visual.

I hope I am clear !

Thank you in advance for your help,

LD

Hi @Idrissshatila

Thank you for your answer.

First, this proposal is really good, however i have a problem.

I have created all the groups that contain the values that's ok.

But, right now, I can't do a top hierarchie or the dynamic slicer.

I mean, the dynamic slicer doesn't display properly because the filter doesn't work.

When I click on  the filter "A DATE" for exemple, all the data remains displayed rather than displaying only the "A DATE" data.

Is it normal? I don't think so...

Here this is my result :

I have created a new parameter with all these news parameter. I thought it was interesting to make this dynamic slicers 🙂

Thank you in advance,

LD

Hello @LD1 ,

You can group the values by field parameter and display it as one value and with a slicer you could change from value to another.

and this video as well
