Create a date range table

Hi All,

I have a list of locations. Some have service contracts some do not. I created the dashboard below that shows the contract costs but also show the Non contract costs for the contract period. The year is coming from the Contracts start and end date and my Contract Year Spot Costs filter perfectly withing the range of the contract year.

Not all locations have a contract so I need a way to capture the Year To Date Costs if a Contract Year doesn't exist. I have a different dashboard that lists the costs by location but don't know how to capture costs for locations without a contract.

I'm thinking I need a table that lists all the locations with date ranges but I also need to a calendar year range for locations without contracts but I have no idea how to accomplish that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
