Hello,
I am new to Power BI, I saw a thread with a similar title but its not what I am lookign for. I have created a visualization in Power BI from a bunch of queries. What I want to know is if there is a way to take the visualization and use some values from it to create a summary page of a bunch of different visuals on a different page.

There are some good tutorials on http://linkedin.com for dashboards. Dashboards are for creating summaries. Dashboards typically have more but smaller tile visualizations or "vizs". There are also good tutorials on doing summary work which, in pbi terms, are called a "table viz" or "matrix viz".

@jstnm , You can copy-paste the visual from one page to another.
You can explore the power bi service dashboard
