Create a Calculated Column from Different Tables

I'm trying to divide two columns from two different tables that are linked (1:many).

So the calculation should be:  Query1(Count of Disputes) / Query2(Transactions)

The result should be 3948/41494 = 0.095 = 9.5%

I can't make it work. I tried a quick measure below but not luck there - It calculates weird

 

Count of Disputes divided by Count of Transactions =
DIVIDE(
    DISTINCTCOUNT('Query1'[Disputes]),
    COUNTA('Query2'[Transactions])
)
 
Any idea how to make it work?
