Create a Calculated Column from Different Tables

Hi...I am trying to create a calculated column with Case statement using two different tables which are not directly joined but there is a FACT table joined with both. I am using IF statement but not able to select second column from different table even after using RELATED function. Can anybody help me into this?

@Komal_chouhan consider using LOOKUPVALUE function which is ideal in joining tables without relationships.
