Create URL link using measure

Hi guys, 
I am trying to embeded a url under a data using measure. The measure is as below:

Entity ID 2 =
CONCATENATEX(
    'form-relationships',
    'form-relationships'[Index] & "." & " " & 'form-relationships'[entity_id_2_title] & " <a href='" & 'form-relationships'[entity_id_2_url] & "'>" & 'form-relationships'[entity_id_2_title] & "</a>",
    UNICHAR(10)
)
 
The output that I wished is as below:

However, I am not able to do this. Is there any solution on it?

    you're trying to create a measure in Power BI that concatenates values from the 'form-relationships' table, including an HTML link (<a> tag) to an external URL. However, in Power BI, measures usually output text or numeric values, and they don't directly interpret HTML tags for rendering.

    If you want to use the measure in a table or a card visualization in Power BI, and you want the URL to be clickable, you can use the "Data category" settings in Power BI to format the column appropriately.

      Hi,

      I did format the column appropriately under the category for Web Url for the url column. Do I miss out anything? Hope can get some advices from you.
