Hi,
There are 2 tables.
Table 1:
TimeID
Start
End
ResourceID
(source2 refers to Table 1)
Table 2:
TimeID
Start
End
ResourceID
Source2.Timeid
The main relationship is table1.timeid (one) = table2.timeid(many)
I have created another relationship (inactive) that is table1.timeid (one) = table2.source2.timeid (many)
Howevere when i create a column on table1 to try and do a check using IF(table1.timeid = table2.source2.timeid, 1, 0) it cannot. I know i need to tell it to use the USERELATIONSHIP to define the link of the data.
I cannot seem to find a way to do this on the IF statement, only the CALCULATE function where if i use the IF within that, i cannot reference any tables at all!
So confused....
Essentially, i am trying to create a filter that does a true false result so i can exclude data.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks
POC
Solved! Go to Solution.
Typically this is how we bring data from table to table 2 in a new column
New column in Table 1 = maxx(filter(table2,table1[customer] = table2[customer] && table2[option]="construction",table2[value])
New column in Table 1 = maxx(filter(table2,table1[Attribute] = table2[name] && table1[project] = table2[project],table[name])
New column in Table 1 = if(isblank(maxx(filter(table2,table1[Attribute] = table2[name] && table1[project] = table2[project],table[name]))1,0)
