Create Text Table (Tableau visual) in Power Bi

I am trying to create this visual in Power Bi that is taken from Tableau. How can I create this?
Data- We have got meeting id, meeting date, meeting type and meeting trade name.
Icons are based on the meeting type while coloring is based on the meeting trade name. I am trying to achieve this using scatter plot but scatter plot aggregate the values on y -axis. Also, Power bi dont provide custom markers facility. Is there a way to achieve this without using custom visual? Also please share custom visual solution.

As of now, we don't have an official Microsoft document confirming the limitation on custom visuals

use a column chart with the months as the columns and the meeting type as the legend.
