Create Relationship between two different tables

 am stuck in the situation where i have to create relationship in power bi relationships tab for two tables but the master table has 1 column(Area Code) which is to be joined to the other table on two columns i.e Origin and Destination. How to crate relation between these two tables. The below 3 highlighted columns are using in power bi level.
