Create Measure depend from a parameter in Input

Hello all,

I want to add on my dashboard a kind of chart depended of the input that can be inter manually. So the idea is to creat a parameter(exemple type integer) and the output is a measure that depend from this parameter as show the screenshot below :

Example : 

I hope that it's clear enought.

Can anyone please provide me idea ?
