Create Hard Coded Header Name in Powerbi

Hi,

I had a simple data from table like below

And in power BI desktop I need a grid that included Header Location and Information

Sub header company and city is always below Location header.
Sub header Status and DealerName are always below Information header.

Headers should be in grid, we cannot trick it using text box. Because when export to excel the expected result should be include the headers too.

Any idea for my requirement guys?
