Create Dual Chart

Hi all,

I have a rawdata file extracted from SQL. I would like to use DAX to create proportion by row for each Class from each school. there are over 200 schools over 5 year period.  (I know this can be done easily in excel)

Each Dual chart will contain number of students in Class A and proportion out of each class at rolling 5 year period. 

After that, I would need to create a cohort based on school characteristics. The proportion do not need to be changed. Any suggestion.
