Edited to clarify the columns I'm comparing are not text True/False, but numbers 0/1 in case that makes a difference.
I'm trying to create a new conditional column in Power Query where the new column looks at Column A and Column B. If Column A is 1 and Column B is 1, then the new Column will populate as 1, otherwise it will be 0. The builder for the custom column only gives an option for If/Then, no If/And/Then. How else can I create this conditional column?

Value.Compare([A],[B])=0 and [A]= true

Logical.From( Number.From([A])*Number.From([B]))

You can nest them in the IF like this
= Table.AddColumn(Source, "Custom", each if [Column A] = "TRUE" then if [Column B] = "TRUE" then "TRUE" else "FALSE" else "FALSE")
This didn't work, but I just realised that my true/false is actualy 0/1, so number instead of text. Not sure how/if that changes anything.
