Course Attendence

I need to create a table that shows who and who has not attended a course.

I have two tables:

1. Employee Table

2. Course Table

Goal:

Does anyone know of a good way to tackle this?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Here's the raw data i used and you can refer to the following steps.

11.PNG

1# Create relationship between these two tables.

9.PNG

2# Create measure as below.

Measure = IF(SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[emply id])=SELECTEDVALUE('Table (2)'[emply id]),"yes","no")

3# Create a visual as below.

Hi @Anonymous

just be sure you've got a relationship between tables by field emply_id and pick all columns starting from Employee Table[emply_id] to table visual

So that will give me all employees associated with a course (ie they attended) but I also want to display employees who have not attended.

@Anonymous

set Active parameters "Show items with no data" for Employee Table[emply_id] column
