Counting occurence of string from single column

I am looking to create a measure column with average of column UniqueTransactions according to Text like below

All row values of column "95%ResponseTimeRollUpIterationWise" to be summed up and then averaged under text "GetAvailableDates"
All row values of column "95%ResponseTimeRollUpIterationWise" to be summed up and then averaged under text "GetEventlist"
All row values of column "95%ResponseTimeRollUpIterationWise" to be summed up and then averaged under text "GetPlayFormats"
All row values of column "95%ResponseTimeRollUpIterationWise" to be summed up and then averaged under text "GetVenues"
All row values of column "95%ResponseTimeRollUpIterationWise" to be summed up and then averaged under text "Login" 

 

I have attached PowerBI Query QueryDataQueryDataData

 

Anysolution are welcome  even DAX

Hi @jamesderek2019,

 

If you use a Table visual to display expected data, you just need to add [UniqueTransactions] to visual and select "Average" for [95%ResponseTimeRollUpIterationWise] field.

If you want to get the average values via calculated column, please try:

Column average =
CALCULATE (
    AVERAGE ( 'Transactions TB'[95%ResponseTimeRollUpIterationWise] ),
    ALLEXCEPT ( 'Transactions TB', 'Transactions TB'[UniqueTransaction] )
)
