Counting Unique Rows after Splitting Row by Delimiter

Hi All,

I am using survey data and I am having trouble counting the responses after splitting rows by delimeter. I have one questions that is a "select all that apply" question and in order to do counts of each answer, I split them into rows by delimiter. This worked, but now my response count is off. I was using a COUNTROWS formula but now there are more rows than actual responses, is there a way to count unique Index numbers or use a different column with unique content?

1. You could be create a measure and use (DISTINCTCOUNTNOBLANK) DAX function.
2. If point 1 will not work please provide some sample data so that I would be able to better help you to solve this problem.

If I understand correctly, you are converting your data to something like the following?

You can try using the 'SUMMARIZE' function with 'COUNTROWS'.
