Countifs conditions in the same column

Hello 

Can someone correct the below synthax? I need to have 3 conditions based on the same column. I am getting the count correct when I apply the first condition that is Project Status = Cap Pro Ongoing, but when i enter my other 2 conditions the measure is returning blank, with no synthax error.

Count Active Projects = CALCULATE(COUNTX(Tracker,COUNT(Tracker[PPM ID])), Tracker[Project Status]="Cap.Pro. - Ongoing",Tracker[Project Status]="Cap.Pro. - Completed")
